are you using the ultramap program?
and did you Nlite your XP64? or anything like that?

UltraMap works fine for me. I programmed my U360's from UltraMap. I have a full install of XP64 though so perhaps it's the NLite version your using.

I'll attach a program I wrote that can program the U360's. It works without UltraMap. This should help you determine if the problem is with UltraMap or with your XP version.
