Ipac-2 help
« on: January 20, 2009, 02:39:55 am »
I'm having trouble with a brand new Ipac-2.
1. First time I've used one
2. Player 2 controls map fine as do both joysticks and player 1 and Player 2 buttons
3. Player 1 switch 1 maps as 7 not L-ctrl, switch 2 as h not L-alt and switch 3 as 9 not space. I wired up switch four and it returns a zero

I think I have a broken Ipac as when I go to reprogram it it fails. Led is on steady- usb connection. I tried ps2 on another computer and same result

Any ideas?

TIA
Tony

Fixed it. Andy from ultimarc asked we to go into interactive mode by plugging a ps2 keyboard into the keyboard bypass. Re programmed it to default and works fine.

Just had a hard time finding a ps2 keyboard- 5 computers in the house and all usb only!
