Screenshot/manual pic/Cartridge label for 2600 games?
« on: June 23, 2003, 02:33:27 pm »
This may be a long shot but I figured I would ask here before seeking out other forums

Has anyone come across a great complete stash of Atari 2600 image files*? I'm adding 2600 capabilities to Advancemenu and would like to find some sort of images to use to help game selection. Preferably either the manual cover or the cartridge label, but a screenshot or box cover would even be cool

I typically use the screen mode that shows like 6x5 screen shots along with the titles, so any res over say 200x200 is adequate and just gets scaled down anyway

I havent seen much on the emulation type sites, other than single covers when a game gets reviewed, stuff like that.

* By image files I mean like the flyers, titles, snaps that mame uses, NOT images == roms

THanks, I found atariage and one other site that had a good sized list of em, looks like a pretty complete site, but havent found a place to get more than 1 pic at a time(unlike the mame packs that are updated)
I'm gonna try a site ripper prog later tnight and see how that turns out :)

Soon as I get my switches finished up Ill have pics of it, the atari module that is
