I would like to have a 2 lamp bases made. Both of them will be the same shape. Is this something anyone feels like tackling? PM me and lets discuss.

Are you talking wood or metal?  (Not that I have the machines to do either, but it may help get you some responses.)

Wood.

If anyone knows of an online service to allow me that does this kind of work, let me know.

Never tried wood, but I'm an experienced metal machinist.  What are you looking for?  If I can do it, I won't charge. It'd be fun to try to turn some wood.  I've got 3 lathes in my shop and can turn single pieces up to about 60" long.  I think the swing on my biggest lathe is 28" but I don't assume you need anything that big in diameter. :)

If you're willing to be more specific in what you would like I am sure I could create it. I've been teaching wood shop classes for the last four years.
