Spectrum ZX emulator help

Hi I have downloaded the Spectrum 256 Colors Version from here : http://www.emulatronia.com/emusdaqui/spec256/download-eng.htm
But when I press the exe file this comes up:


When I press any key a screen with the text SPEC 256 comes up...but nothing more happens...Do I have to go in from DOS ? Or do I have to add some more things ? I'm a newbie to spectrum emu

I really wanna play Underworld again...and in color would be even better
