Here's some SFIV themed artwork I made in photoshop the other night. Just to help keep the boredom at bay.

Lemme know what you think.

That's pretty sweet.   But where's Ken in that Marquee?  ;D

I can't wait to put SFIV in my cab

as much as I dig ken....I gotta go with the man Ryu. I might add Ken if I can find some hires artwork for him. All I've found so far is Ryu and a few other characters.

The screenshots are actually bigger when you open them in their own window.

yeah...but still not really good enough for cabinet artwork.

I did find a hires ken scan though. So I'll be adding him onto the marquee behind Ryu.

any recommendations on where I should get the artwork printed? and what do you think the cost will be?

the marquee is 26.5" x 8.5"

the CPO is 30" x 18"

and the side art is 23" x 23"

Nice work what kind of parts were you planning on using for the controls? also out of boredom I messed with your CPO in Photoshop and here is what I came up with

thats pretty cool.

Im planning on using Happ buttons and joysticks....but the problem is they dont make white Happ sticks. which is what I wanted so it would stand out from the artwork.

If I can't find any white happ sticks...I might have to go with Sanwa...which I don't really care for.

thanks

as for getting a white stick you could try krylon fusion its a paint for plastic I've used it on PC mouse before and it works extremely well and they sell a gloss, satin, and flat white among alot of other color choices. well here is the link check it out http://www.krylon.com/products/fusion_for_plastic/

artwork looks good but I think black sticks will look better. might wanna get rid of the sf4 and capcom logo too. seems rather unnecessary. logos are just random clutter if anything. and first cp looks better than the blue one.

I think I'm gonna go in a different direction with the artwork on the cabinet. The marquee is gonna remain the same, but the control panel is gonna look more like a Taito Vewlix cabinet. So a dark red, black, with white buttons.

yeah I already downloaded them.  ;)

Problem is, I'm gonna have to make them for all the new characters in the console version that aren't listed on that strip. But I do plan on having that on the cab as well. Muwahahahaha
