Mala- some games will not load

I am running 2 version of mame 102 and 114. Have just ghosted my drive. The original loads and plays all games, the ghosted one only plays the games from mame 114. I've had this happen once before, but can't for the life of me remember how I fixed it.

It must be a setting or something.......please help :(
