Approx 3" by 9/16" by 1". The block I'm measuring is very slightly smaller than 3" wide, very slightly smaller than 1" deep, and very slightly larger than 9/16" high.

Thanks for the measurements!  We are doing a toy make for local children in need and a game similar to Jenga is on our list.  Thanks again!
