I think he means the test of the high voltage section of the chassis...  ?

Well I was trying to isolate the power supply because of the ticking noise I have coming from TH101. Here's what happen, I did a cap kit on it and stupidly reversed the cap on C615. I know it worked but after the cap popped then it started ticking. Idiot!

its difficult to see with the schem but you have killed a voltage, that repair guide is good so follow that
i bet you were trying to get rid of your whistle

i am pretty sure to isolate the high voltage/flyback you need to desolder pins 1 and 6 of the flyback
bulb connect to chassis frame/ground and L106
i am sure the b+ on these multi syncs runs around 80v

would like someone to concur with this before you attempt this though

I replaced all those parts and still no luck. This monitor doesn't tick like the wells or neotec usually tick where all you here is just the tick. This one sort of actually turns on then off to the point where you can see something on the screen.

you will need to go through all those components on the line of the cap that was reversed, there are test points to check voltages
those multi syncs also do this if the signal frequency or sync are not stable
