Looking to buy good vga video card with rca out

Im insterested in buying one of this cards does anybody have one that can play games good on a tv.

Ebay's chock full of 'em. What do you mean by good, though? Cards haven't had composite out on them in a few years.

Some ATI cards come with an S-video cable that also has a yellow composite on it. I know my old X1650 came with that, a DVI-VGA convertor, and a DVI to component convertor.

yes with the yellow port to hook it up directly on a tv but use it on a mame computer.

OLD X1650? That ain't that old-hh.  In any case, I think summy would do well to google video card, as well as get a better TV.
