I have a dvd version of dragon's layer. Does that work pretty well for daphne or do i need to get a dvd rom version?

DVD video version will not work.  The DVD ROM version will but you need to convert it with DVD2DAPH

I thought I heard that you can now use the DVD-Video version too.  I could be wrong but it would be worth checking before shelling out on the DVD-ROM...

Sorry for speaking out of turn I hadn't heard of this utility.  Sounds like this isn't the best way to do it but its worth trying.
