15khz and nvidia cuadro problem

i manage to display windows on my arcade monitor using soft15khz and the image its stable  the only problem its it displays a whole bunch of lines or stripes fom the bottom to the top. does anyone knows if i need to do something ealse? IM USING A NVIDIA cuadro4 xgl700, thanks allot.

sorry ,dont have a camera to take pics, but its like if the image where scramble, but i can see the stable image on my desktop because the lines are transparent or allmost invisible. If i connect a regular jamma game, the game looks ok so i know its not the monitor. Any ideas?
