CPWizard missing Player 2 buttons 5, 6

I'm starting to test CPWizard (V 1.91) and it seems real good.  But the only problem i am having is that PLayer 2 buttons 5 and 6 are greyed out.  Player 1 looks ok.  CPWizard says that i have MAME  0.126u3.  I checked other games that uses the full 6 buttons. street fighter and mortal kombat are missing the buttons.

I bet you're using a keyboard encoder, and haven't set up either mame or cpwizard to your physical layout.

Mame doesn't have any keyboard keys mapped to p2b5 & p2b6 by default.  So you have to map your buttons correctly in mame, setup cpwizard correctly to see the remap, and presto, it'll work.

*Note: I haven't used cpwizard in long time, and even then it was just for testing.
