Appears pads have lifted off on my u2000 neckboard at color transistors. I would like to know what is best type of wire to create jumper to traces from B,C,andE??

yes very common problem with these,i would just jumper using the same gauge wire as you find on control panels
sometimes the neck cards get so bad that a new card is the only real option
