Thank you for your responses and I do need your further help. The manual it came with says its a Neotec NT-3500, NT3501 or NT3602. However I am 99.99% sure it is a WG7600, due to the board configuration (and info from WG site). With that said, I have had the monitor hooked back into the actual jamma board and it worked with Gauntlet Legacy (I updated the chipset and hard drive). Nothing appears damagaed as of yet.
I have searched for information and tried studying the back of the monitor board to see how I could switch resolutions (even found a WG7600 schematic). But, I can find any where to switch it. If it is on the jamma board, any insight would be useful to locate it and to "flip" it the needed state.

From there I need a different harness?

Is there any advice where I would get such a contraption?

What model of harness do I need and what website could I obtain that?

Will that plug into the jamma board and then connect to my breakout cable? (yes, this is where all my inexperience and ignorance is showing. I have thrown myself into this world of arcades, in reliving my childhood

).
Last question.

If I get a harness to plug into the board, will that allow me to play Gauntlet and the MAME and if so, how would I switch it?
Thank you for all your help. Before these last replies I thought my vision to have a MAME on a big showcase system had ended. I found myself lost in medium resolution purgatory. Now, I see a light and I am heading toward it.
