how do i do this? i have no idea about command lines and so on.
i read that you do -listinfo > mame.dat but i have no idea where i do this or what i do.
could someone please give me a step by step for a noob ;D

If you use v0.951b, you do not have to worry about doing this...select 'ROM Folder vs Listinfo (M.A.M.E.)' as a 'List Generation Method' from the 'List Generation Settings' within 'Emulator Settings' - it will do it for you :)

really? thanks alot that was quick  8)
btw great program i was hardcore fan of GameLaunch
but you turned my head. much more versitile and user friendly.

oh is there any way to use a DIVX/MPEG with MameWah? it seems possible, but doesnt work with media player so far, whats the best Video Player to use?

just tried that, all i see is ROM vs DAT and when i done that and then refreshed the list all the games left?

Hit '1' when you see 'ROM Folder vs DAT File' - it should cycle onto 'ROM Folder vs Listinfo (M.A.M.E.)'.  If it goes back to 'ROM Folder Only', then I think you have v0.95b?

thanks, i reinstalled the update and it shows up now.
strang tho i had already installed it because i had the new
options menu and the layout exe file. oh well its working
so its all good.

now if i can get these other EMUs working, nes, gen, tg16, etc..etc
i'll be set =)
