Tesla (The band)

I just got home from seeing Tesla on my birthday. That was a very good birthday! They rocked! I can't hear much now though. Except ringing. But it was worth it. I also got to meet Jeff Keith (lead singer...for about 30 seconds) before the show. We were walking from the car to go stand in line to get in and he walked by so we said hey Jeff and he came over and shook our hands and said thanks for coming. That was pretty cool.
Just had to mention that. (BTW, their new CD is really good.)

Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

Glad you enjoyed it.
Tesla's a band I've always liked, but for some reason, never owned any of their albums. I really need to get some of their stuff.

Wow, brings back memories! saw Tesla a few times in concert in The Netherlands. They definitely know how to carry a tune...

Who the hell is Tesla?!?!
They're a hair metal band from the 80's who recently released a really good album of covers of classic rock songs (mainly from the 70's). It was easily my favorite album released last year (theres a old thread on that subject here somewhere where I also said this), but then I dislike the vast majority of modern music, so the modern treatment of classic songs was exactly what I was hoping for.
