UK: Cheap tools at Aldi - Router, Router Table, Table Saw, Miter Saw etc

Just a quick heads up for anyone after some cheap tools. Aldi have a range of tools on offer from tomorrow (Thursday 9th October)

They may not be the best quality but they may be worth a look. I'm going to go down and probably pick up the router table at the least. I may pick the router up too and permanently keep it in the router table to save me from having to keep fixing my other router to my DIY router table.

Stuff like this normally flies off the shelves at Aldi so I would get down there soon if you are interested. Ill let you know what I think.

I picked up the router table and bits the last time they were on sale in Aldi.  For the price you cannot go wrong.

I usually pick up some of the bolt / screw and nail packs when they have them as they are very good value for money ( better then B & Q and Homebase who normally tend to rip you off for non standard screw packs ).

Never had any problems with tools bought in Aldi - much better then the gardening stuff ( strimmer dropped to bits on me last week after 10 minutes )

Got there a 9:05 this morning, all the table saws had gone! Just wave after wave of old men with table saws at the checkout! Had an argument with an old guy over the last routing table, but got it  Grabbed the router and routing bits and a few clamps. Great heads up! But next time I think i'll go armed.
