I love the Bemani series. I've been saying this for years now.
A list of Bemani arcade games released in the USA:
*Dance Dance Revolution (1.5, USA, Supernova, Supernova 2)
*Guitar Freaks (1st mix only, and may have only been a location test)
*beatmania (as Hip Hop Mania Complete Mix and Complete Mix 2)
The series as released in Japan:
*beatmania (1st, 2nd, 3rd, Complete, 4th, 5th, Complete 2, Club, Dreams Come True, Core Remix, 6th, 7th, The Final)
*Dance Dance Revolution (1st, 2nd, 2nd Link, 3rd, 3rd Plus, 4th, 4th Plus, 5th, DDRMAX, DDRMAX2, Extreme, Supernova, Supernova 2, Solo Bass, Solo 2000, DDR X forthcoming)
*beatmaniaIIDX (1st, Substream, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, IIDXRED, Happy Sky, DistorteD, Gold [loctested in the USA], DJ Troopers, Empress forthcoming)

*pop'n stage
*eeMall (1st and 2nd Avenue) - Not a Bemani game per-se, but goes with pop'n music mostly
*Guitar Freaks (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, V, V2, V3, V4)
*Drum Mania (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, V, V2, V3, V4)
*Keyboard Mania (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
*Dance ManiaX (1st, 2nd, 2nd Append J-Paradise)
*Para Para Paradise (1st, 1st Plus, 2nd)
*Toy's March (1st, and supposedly 2nd, though I've never seen either)
*DDR Kids
*Dance 86.4 (I've also never seen one of these other than on Konami's website, but they claim release)
*Jubeat (rumored to be coming to the USA as "youbeat")
I've played all of these except for the last 4 and pop'n stage (though not every version of the others). I pretty much spent about half my waking hours in arcades when I visited Japan a few years back.
The Japanese also have these nifty combinations of collectable card games with video games. I've never seen one in the USA. I'm not sure how well they'd do, but I know some of the major CCGs such as Magic do still enjoy a following.
And of course, then there's the candy cabinets...
