Which site does the best artwork?

I am currently in the process of getting custom quotes from two different sites (Mamemarquees and EMDKAY), and was wondering who typically does better work.  All I need is an opinion or two, since this is my first time ordering artwork.  Thanks :cheers:

UPDATE:  Mamemarquees just sent me proofs for my customized artwork, and it is EXACTLY what I had in mind!  It really looks good  :applaud:

When you say "customized artwork," do you mean:
  • you gave them a concept and they did the artwork, or
  • you gave them a scan/original piece and they made it into a marquee/cpo?

How much did mamemarquees charge to do a proof if there was no expectation that they would get your business?
