anyone know where you can buy metal speaker grills to replace the bashed and dented ones on the front of my cabinet??

Parts Express carries a variety of speaker grills.  They also have very good prices on a number of other useful items like Ethernet patch cables (like $7 for a 50' Belkin brand cable), and quick disconnects in both .25" and .187".
