Mamewah problems
« on: September 17, 2008, 06:07:04 am »
HI,
Finished my Cab a few weeks ago and am really happy.
I was using MameUI32 but as I am using a TV for my display I have decided to try Mamewah.
I have been struggling to get it working and now have the games list displayed after a lot of trial and error.
When I press 1 to launch the game it keeps prompting me to self extract to c:/mamewah?
I ran the extract and tried to luanch the game again and the same thing happens.
I feel a bit dumb at this stage as it seems everyone is using Mamewah and I am struggling to get it working and havent even started  the layouts and artwork etc.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Sham.

I think it may be something to do with the command line mame I downloaded.
Just checking another one in case this is not working.
