Ridge racer issues

Hi guys,

  My ridge racer stand up cab has recently died and i'm not sure whats damaged. The cab powers up ok, but the monitor just displays a white pic. I'm pretty sure the game pcb isnt booting up as when i normally switch on the cab i hear the familiar 'ridge racer' speech.

When it was working towards the end of its life, it froze when playing games every now and then, but was always ok if i simply re-started the machine.

could i be looking at the unfortunate demise of my game pcb? if so, can it be fixed? Any info would be gratefully appreciated.

First thing to do is check voltages coming off the power supply.
Also make sure the fan in the PS is running, mine had died and I had some weird things happen when it overheated...
