Rampy: yeah for single player dual joystick games like Bzone and assault I use the inside 2 top-fire joysticks. They are technically joystick 3 and 4 (on my ipac4 wiring). I will probably replace the tops oft those with those popular trigger grips (the kind happs/bobroberts sell) in the future to feel more authetic assault action. Hot Assault Action!! sounds dirty....

TazMan: The friction comes from the sides of the rotating panels themselves, and partly from the tight holes for the PVC axle. I built it so it
just fits within the width of the bottom half of the cab. It smoothly rotates both ways, but it doesn't free spin.
In the future, I will add a lock to the front door, and a long 'L' brace-type piece of metal to the very top 3/4" part of the door, so when it is closed a small bit of brace extends to the front of the rotating panels to prevent it from rotating backwards. Similar to 1UP's idea. The only downside to the cab is the prospect of somebody else trying to rotate it - it can go about 2 turns either way without getting tangled inside, but after that I am picturing wires snapping off stuff!
