Is a TopFire a good investment?
« on: June 10, 2003, 10:44:04 am »
I am not sure if I should invest in a Topfire joystick...
Can anyone tell me which games would be good for this kind of joystick?
Does anyone know a cheaper place other than direct from HappControls or Ebay to buy this?

I have upgrade my cabinet to TopFires.  I like them for games like Tron and BattleZone.

I had originaly installed regulr Happs Supers, but then I decided to upgrade.

TopFires use may of the same parts as a Super, so I only ordered the parts that were different.  That cut the cost of replacing the joysticks in half.
Real Life.  Still a poor substitute for video games!

Since its next to impossible to find a  trigger-switch joystick that isn't a PC hack, yes, they're a good investment.....how could you play assault without one?? :)
