D9200 Problem

So, I was moving my mame cab, and as I was moving it, the cab shifted and the monitor fell slightly. After plugging it back in, all I get is a very dim screen image. I know the image was just fine before the move, so what should I check for? Also, the screen is very bright with the computer not plugged in, but when I try to run windows it becomes very dark.   It accepts the signal, but goes from the very bright no signal message  to a dark almost unviewable windows image upon startup.

i think the important thing to know is who far it fell and where it contacted,you may have a cracked board or bad solder joint
this is a digital monitor,have you tried re programming the contrast and brightness

The previous post is probably correct---the monitor likely needs to be reprogrammed.

Hook up the computer to the monitor and apply power.  On the remote adjustment board press 'Select' and 'Down' together. You should get the standard adjustment menu except it should say 'Factory Adjustment' or something like that.  Anyway once there scroll through the menu and highlight 'Color Gain' then press 'Enter'. You should see three adjustments set them as follows:

SB--This should be a two digit number and it is not real important what the number is.

RG-- Set this between 90 and 130.

B--- Set this between 130 and 200.

Go back to the menu and highlight 'Bias Mode' and press enter.  You should see three more adjustments and set them as follows:

CB-- Set to 75.

RG--  Set between 50 and 100.

B-- Also set between 50 and 100.

When finished return to the menu and highlight 'Recall' and press 'Enter'.

Note:  RG and B should be approximately the same number for each adjustment but you need to see how the colors look to decide on the actual number.  Also, I am going by memory here as it has been a while since I have had to do this.

An update....first of all, I should clarify, as the monitor didn't really "fall".  As I moved the cab, it shifted along with the monitor and dropped a bit, as my monitor box rests on the base of the cab.  Not a big fall, but enough to give me a scare for a bit. 

Anyway, I got to testing my monitor using the settings you gave, and the monitor was a bit off.  I set all the settings to what was provided, however, I couldn't get any picture putting my SB setting with a two digit and only could at about a 175.  Now, when it resets, the pic is dim, but as soon as I raise or lower the sb setting by one the pic instantly becomes bright.  Now my problem is as soon as I start mame, the pic feezes and all my controls freeze as well.

So, did the factory adjustment menu help or not?

I reset all the settings with the factory mode, and put them all in the range that you posted except the sb.  When I went that far down into double digits, it became too dark.  Its just weird that it won't pop on until I set a number either one lower or one higher on the sb setting for the picture to come on.  Right now the setting is at 175.  I still don't know why it freezes when mamewah comes on as well and locks all the controls and freezes windows.
