Need photos of the monitor mount in a Ms Pac Cocktail
« on: August 14, 2008, 12:41:53 pm »
There's a restaurant down the street from me that's had a non-working cocktail Ms Pac for a long time.  I offered to look at it a couple days ago.

It appears to work, but the monitor chassis is missing.  It appears to be a G07 tube, but the frame is...weird.  There's no place to actually mount a chassis to.

Last cocktail I worked on was a few years ago, but IIRC it was just a standard monitor frame (shelf mount), and it mounted using both the front and bottom holes.

This one was odd.  That's why I'd like to see pictures of how they mount.

This might help:

It's not a standard frame.  There is a metal piece where the boards mount, someone must have removed it on the one you looked at.

That kind of looks like it  Wish I could see it from the back.

This may not be factory but the last one I saw actually had a plywood frame to which the monitor mounted.  Then you would rest the ply frame on rails in the cab.  This one was secured with small clamps.

My regular Pac cocktail has the metal panel on which the chassis mounts - just like the one shown in the link.
