Wei-Ya M3129-82 wont degauss
« on: August 05, 2008, 07:29:34 pm »
I ended up buying a Wei-Ya M3129-82 Multiscan monitor to replace the monitor in our DDR Machine. Monitor went in fine, but it refuses to degauss. According to the manual it is auto-dgaussing, and there is supposedly a spot where a degauss switch could go, but there is a green box installed over 2 of the leads, I assume this box has to do with degaussing, any ideas?

That green box sounds like it may be part of the PTC control.
