cab/FE friendly emu's
« on: June 07, 2003, 07:13:43 pm »
hmmm

is there a list anywhere of emu's that are simple to setup with FE's?
i'm only asking as i've been trying to configure a few different Atari2600 emu's to run with MAMEwah, but i'm not having much success...

i'm just after a list of good emu's i can use with a FE, without having to configure wrappers (if possible).

When the Americans started bombing, everyone ducked!

z26 is the best atari 2600 emulator and it works great with fe's if you just rember to launch it with 8.3 names. This is because z26 will only work with shorn names. Most fe's have an option to do this and if I remeber correctly mamewah has it too.
