Conecting Computer to TV
« on: June 06, 2003, 06:25:12 pm »
I have a 1994 27" JVC TV that I would like to use as a monitor but I am having problems getting it to display from my computer.  The TV has S-video in and RCA plugs in in back as well as an S-video out and RCA out on my Graphics card(VGA ATIOEM|RADEON 7000 64M DDR AGP).  The S-video in works fine, great picture when connected to my DVD player but no picture when I connect to my Computer.  When I go to advanced setting for display on computer it shows that there is no connection to anything but my regular monitor.  I can connect my computer just fine to my 36" Sharp TV, great picture, no problems.  Is the 27" JVC to old to be compatible with my computer or am I overlooking something?  Any answers, thoughts, or suggestions would be greatly appreciatied.
