Will this run MAME / Outrun (For a mate)

I'm adding a couple gig ram, but building this or a friend that wants to play Outrun - helped me out a lot recently and won't let me give hime some cash for his efforts. Any advice appreciated.

Aspire SA90, Intel Celeron 925 Dual Core, 512MB RAM, 160GB HDD, DVD RW, SIS® MirageTM 3 graphics up to 128MB, 9 in 1 Card Reader,PS2 Keyboard and ball mouse, Vista Home Basic

It would be nice if he could run a few of the other gmes from that era, I'm sure it will be fine but just wanted to check!

Oh I think that's far more than you need to run the original Outrun. o.o;
