Just thought I'd post up my latest experience with Rick at Nieman Displays.
As I have mentioned in the past we have been using Rick's monitors, and pretty much only Rick's monitors, for our route machines, with great results. Over the past couple of years we have installed quite a few of these and just last week, for the very first time, a problem cropped up with one of the Tri-modes.
I dropped Rick an email and it seemed like I had a reply back before I even hit the "send" button!! Over the next couple of days Rick and I emailed back and forth a few times, he was always very prompt and very helpfull, even on a Sunday! The issue was resolved quickly and the machine got back out on the route.
Considering the number of monitors we've installed with only one that had an issue, Rick's excellent support and dedication to helping his customers, we will continue to support Nieman monitors and I recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a new monitor.
