Question about recording INP in MAME and converting / Playing back

OK so ive never submitted an INP File to twin galaxies, however I'd like to so how do i record one in MAME Vers. 125, and then id like to see my results how do I play it back, and can this file be converted to anything else such as an avi etc ?

you have to use WolfMAME, first of all.

Im unfamiliar with that software, is it a pluggin? or a gui version i can use, got a download link ?
