That's a Sega / Gremlin style cabinet. Judging by the P1 and P2 button locations, I'd say maybe an Astro Blaster?

it may not be an "original" AstroBlaster since the cab is slightly different at the bottom and the coin door isn't the same...but those Sega cabs were used for a lot of conversions, so no telling what is was in the past. My Frogger cabinet was an Arkanoid and a "something else" (not sure what it was :dunno) at one point.

I'd guess it was orginally a bootleg or generic cabinet. Sega's Convert-A-Cab (Frogger-style cabinet) was a very popular design to rip off for bootlegs. The one I have (now my MAME cab) was originally "Crazy Kong". The bottom of yours is a bit different than the Sega cabs and the coin door appears to be a Midway-style door.

Control panel could be from anything. Sega designed them so that they could easily be swapped. I believe all of the control panels for the Convert-a-Cab II's (Zaxxon-style cabinet) would also fit the earlier cabs. My bootleg cabinet has a Frogger control panel on it. It fits perfectly. The button layout doesn't really match Astro-Blaster's. Maybe this was some type of replacement panel. The button layout definitely looks a whole lot like Time Killers (which is pretty unique). Are the bolt holes for the joysticks square? That would indicate to me that they were probably factory punched. Can you tell which are the original holes?
Brevity is not my strong suit.
