IMHO: All politicians should work for minimum wage and get only the benefits (health, social, etc) that the normal everyday low wage worker gets in that juristiction. One of two things would happen: Minimum wage and benefits would go up, or we would only get politicians that really care...

Not that will ever happen....  :dunno
