So, I messed up my artwork....
« on: May 23, 2008, 08:02:41 pm »
On this panel:

The artwork file is only 624k.

So, when it was blown up to the full size, it is a little grainy.

Here are the answers I seek:

- A cheap way / place to blow up the image on GLOSSY paper (Not matte paper for $60 that kinkos charged...)
- Any suggestions/files of different artwork.  The panel is approx 48" x 18"  (Preferably a larger size file that has better resolution.

The difficulty with artwork is, I sort of planned the layout around this artwork!  The one joystick is on Spidey's foot, the player 1, player 2 buttons are on their own and don't interfere...

I am just sick that I bungled up the artwork!

My finger points at the bungle... I did it when shaving the lexan with a planer by hand to make it fit into the oak band around the edge...

The artwork looks fine. Don't you think the CP is a little BIG though?

Thanks to the actions of Suits00, I can't find the surfboard picture....

I think the art is fine, but why so big?

Because I built it that big.

Actually, I originally intended for it to be a 4 player panel.  After building the box and doing the layout, I realized I did not like the look of all those buttons poking through.

I have been thinking of selling it, but it was a father/son project....

Well, I understand the size since it was originally supposed to be 4-player. It just looks odd as a two player.
