Name that Tune...Verizon ID?

Ok, here's the deal.  About 6-7 years ago Revelation 199 was released on DVD. It's a motocross video featuring Travis Pastrana. For the Annapolis, MD chapter there is a song that has become impossible to identify. Artist, title, etc.

I know what you are going to say...watch the end credits and you will get it... well we've tried that. There has been threads on the Travis Pastrana forums for years trying to identify the artist and no one can do it. There are so many non-mainstream bands credited on the sound track that it's just about impossible. So you would think that you just DL every single one until you get it right? Tried that too...some of the bands never came up on search engines even years ago when we tried it. (Although I haven't tried that method recently)

Anyway, the reason for the post is maybe someone has that Verizon Song ID? I just tried a PC version of that called "tunatic", and it stumped that sucker right off the bat. So, if anyone here has the Verzon ID and wants a crack at stumping it, here's the video clip with the song/ artist in question...

Someone uploaded the chapter to Google Video, which consequently as a bonus has some pretty cool dirtbike footy. So, can you name that tune?
