Super Pac-Man side art

OK, OK, I know this cabinet was painted.  But does anyone know of the sideart being vectorized or a place where I can buy this artwork?  The cabinet's current paint can not be salvaged, and I would not be able to repaint this freehand.  There's just no way.   :dunno
