Can't find 'Ignore User'

How do I ignore a user?

I can't find the facility in the users details.

Go into your profile first.  On the left side of the screen will be a box that has links to change your settings.  In the middle section (Modify Profile), you should see a link that says "Ignore user options".  Go in there and add EVERYBODY!

I think you need to select another theme. There should be a "ignore" button right under the name of the person (in the block to the left of the post)
