is it possible to use a medium resolution monitor for low resolution games?
if so, how?

If you're going to do that you might as well use a PC monitor.  Or, try to trade someone your med res for a standard res.

i was about to order a low res pentranic, then i came across this...

still wating for further info, i only know it's a new arcade monitor 19" med res and like $75.
some dude supposed to have a couple for sale... in holland/europe though.
