Changing the start button...
« on: May 05, 2008, 12:04:45 am »
I'm running Vista and every time I switch between frontend and a rom, it flashes the start button on my taskbar.  I have it set to auto-hide, but it still shows the windows button in the corner every time.  I was wondering if there was a way to either get rid of it all together, or change the image.  Has anybody done this to theirs?  :dunno

  • Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

I don't use Vista, but in XP, 98, etc, you could hide the taskbar. Surely this feature still exits.

EDIT: I'm an idiot. I didn't see that you already said this.

Introducing The Tone Ledger, a premium 5x7 inch, 100 pg notebook designed for guitarists, bassists, keyboardists...pretty much anyone who enjoys using amps and pedals. Great for experienced musicians, hobbyists, or students just getting started.

Well it has autohide, but on first boot it is up until everything is loaded.  Between roms, for some reason ONLY the start windows circle appears, not the entire bar.
