Well i've decided to go wtih arcade fx, but some games, such as the simpsons, (one of my favs) don't show up. I've downloaded the database update for it too. Anybody have a database update for fx that goes past .62 ??? or could soemone make one? I dunno anything about the database code or mame code or anything.

Sorry, but it doesn't seem like its been updated in a very long time.

I would consider going with another frontend... unless Ed starts poking his head around again.

Hello Spectre!

The db is just a MS Access file with table called "games" which contains all the info. You can download the unlocked db from the AFX site and update it yourself if have MS Access.

I use a program called listinfo by Emumannen to get the info from the MAME exe and then import catver.ini into listinfo. After that I export it as a csv-file which I can open with Excel and save as an .xls

The .xls then imports into MS Access for easy copy-pasting.

I have a db updated to .69 which I can send you if you like.
