Update.. Be weary of buying dual jamma harness's on ebay, you may have to fix them to make them work for you.

Update:
I figured it out, He had some diodes installed backwards. After I fixed them and added some of my own I was able to get it working.
I bet mikes are tested before shipped, so next time I buy from mikes..
