Slap some T-Molding and makeshift marquee on there and that thing will look MUCH more complete.

I have a (cut) 4 player X-Men marquee that would look a whole lot better than that gaping hole, as well as some pretty good condition leather-texture T-Molding I'm pulling off a cab this weekend you can have. Hook me up with the buttons and wiring I didn't get from you last time

Hold on there. That's a good cabinet. It's just not worth what he originally was asking. When he said he'd take $200, I started wishing I was still in Houston. I'd have bought it.

That said, at $200...this is a helluva start for someone looking to build a MAME cab...even if it is a cheesy VGA monitor (if you're going to MAME a cab, use an authentic arcade monitor for crying out loud!).

Do yourself a favor and order some T-molding, and a generic Marquee. Then get a free or super cheap old pc to put in there. Good presentation and having a complete setup could net you much more than $200 on Craigslist for a fully operational MAME cab (sans software and roms of course).

You don't know anyone with a pickup? You're in TEXAS! Do like I did and pay someone you know who has one to drive you over and pick it up.

Surely you know at least one person with a pickup or an SUV that has plenty of room (I just laid my cabinet down in the back of an SUV)

My story is basically this...I just recently started getting into BYOAC and I bought a UA2 cabinet from mameroom....I haven't even received it yet.

So I'm not really *wanting* a second cabinet...I just figured this was a good deal and it could sit in my garage until I got around to working on it. There is a chance though that my one cabinet will be enough and I will get tired of it (not likely, but still a chance). If that happens then I will have this second cabinet taking up space in my garage and then I will be posting for weeks for someone to come buy it for $200. lol

So I kind of have a "I'll take it if I don't have to do anything" attitude about it. I'm sure if I had been into the hobby longer it would already be in my garage. Just worried about dropping $200 on something that will just be a pain in my side later.
