No it won't sell. At any given time there are hundreds of Mames and multicades and such on ebay, generally the ones listed that high just don't sell.

Have to wonder if they did some kind of vector to raster conversion somehow, or possibly they are running MAME in it.

It's quite obviously running emulators (refer to photos showing the Simpsons, Tapper, etc running)
