What was the name of the racing arcade game that Brandon Frasier played in the Skate Arena scene of the Encino Man movie?

That would be Rad Mobile. Interesting Trivia Fact: This is the first game in which Sonic The Hedgehog appears.

Sonic was released in 1991, same year as Rad's listed year at KLOV. The games were most likely concurrently developed.
