Curious about Global VR games.. Dragon's Lair,. and Puck-Off conversion

currently I have a mame cab, and games such as shuffle shot seem to be a party favorite.. so firstly i noticed as i was surfing around the net i came across this company who has http://service.globalvr.com/downloads/PuckOff/040-0148-01a_Puck-Off_Conversion_Kit-web.pdf a game called "puck off" looking at the pdf i saw the game has 1gb ram and a dvd disc for the software install, can I use this on my PC and implement it within my front end? etc.. Is it possible for me to just purchase the dvd ? Also getting to dragon's lair how is this game *emulated on the VR machines? .. really just curious
