Robotron Sound Board Fuses - Slow or Fast Blow?
« on: April 14, 2008, 12:19:20 pm »
Hi, this may be a dumb question but I am trying to replace the fuses on my 1982 Robotron upright cabinet ... I couldn't find a specific notation on whether they were "fast blow" or "slow blow" fuses, but they appear to say "4A 250 313" printed on the metal connector part of the fuse.

Also, if anyone is in the Chicago area (Elgin is where the game is) and is interested in helping me replace the monitor on my Frogger I would appreciate the help (let me know how much you would charge).

I am relatively handy, but electrical stuff scares the crap out of me :)

Cheers and Thanks to anyone who can help :)

Look at the fuse itself.  If it's just a thin thread of a wire inside, it's fast blow.  A coil of wire around a fibreglass rod, slow.
