looks like the defacto midway cab, with the angled front, right?

I think I'd buy it if I knew Johnny cage was hiding under all that black paint

It certainly does have the standard Midway MK shape to it.  Might not be a bad idea to pick it up anyway since you'd have the shell to an MK game anyway.  Either that, or just go and build one from scratch.  I'm slightly thinking about doing that since the cost of shipping a cabinet to my home is more than I'm willing to pay for a cabinet.  Sucks that there's not real arcades around me.

if it has the MK1 art on the side I might. I have a MK1 4.0 or 5.0 board and enough buttons and sticks, would just need a new overlay printed up. It'd look mighty sweet sitting next to my dedicated MKII cab (still lookin for a 3 cab, and a KI2 cab; I just love the midway cabs what can I say)

The MK2 cab does completely rock.  Something about that artwork of Raiden and the lightning being the best looking atwork I've ever seen.
