Model 2 cabinet with Nanao 29

Hi there:

I have a model 2 cabinet (See photos on flickr set: http://flickr.com/photos/xabi/sets/72157604408182529/)
And I want to connect a PC with arcadeVGA + JPac (I already have arcadevga and Jpac)
As you may known this monitor is nanao ms9-29su 15/25 Khz monitor (it has a connector high/low) in the PCB as you can see here: http://flickr.com/photos/xabi/2392015330/in/set-72157604408182529/

What's the difference betwen 15 and 25 Khz (resolution?) What's better? What's the right freq. to use with arcadeVGA and mame?

Can i Just connect (just for testing) the JPAC RGB,Ground and Sync pins to the monitor in order to try it? or must I connect more things? (note that monitor is already powered.
Does JPAC need to be powered?

the arcade vga card will be expecting to output a 15khz signal
this is an outstanding quality monitor btw
jpac are designed to interface a jamma cab with a pc,you have a model 2 cab so you would need to adapt the wiring quite significantly
it would be very easy to install a jamma loom in that cab,you just need some soldering skills and a little common sense

you will need to run composite sync set on 15K only 25K is not needed and unwanted for what your wanting to do.
